Term 3 Reflection

This is my reflection on Term 3.

What was your Favorite thing to learn in the Term?

My favorite thing to learn was learning about Ratios because it helped me try to Challenge myself.

What are you looking forward to in Term 4?

One thing I am very excited to do in Term 4 is Education Outside Of The Classroom and to Learn more things as well.

What was some Fun things you got to do?

We got to meet Harold the Giraffe,We won the Kiwi Can for the Third time in a row,We had Tongan,Samoan and Chinese Language Weeks and We went Swimming at the Lagoon Pools.

Myron Simpson

Today we had a Role model Duffy assembly and for our Role model we had Myron Simpson.Most of his Cycle gear was made out of Carbon Fibre. When he was talking to us he told us that he would ask us questions related to what he was talking to us about and if we got it right we would be able to wear and check out his gear.He could also lift his cycle Bike with his Pinky because it was made out of Carbon Fibre.Here is a photo of Myron picking up his bike up with his Pinky.

Tapa Cloths

In class we have been making tapa cloths to celebrate the Tongan culture.First we used a Tea Bag to colour the paper then we used Vivid to draw our designs.We were allowed to use our netbooks to search up different designs.Here are all of our Tapa Cloths.

Tongan Day

Today at 9:45 we had a assembly to celebrate tongan languge week.Room 1 and 2 sang a song,The band perfomed two Dances,Room Four showed us what Tongans wear on special acasions,Akanesi told us some facts in Tongan and The Band sang some songs.

Swimming

This week we have been swimming at Lagoon Pools with swimming instructors that have been studing to teach kids how to swim.Here is my Google Drawing.
